15 Landscape Crew Members needed for permanent, full-time employment. Job Duties: Landscape and maintain grounds of commercial and residential properties with year-round contracts using landscaping hand and power tools and equipment, including lawnmower (walk behind and rider), edger, trimmer, backpack blower, wheelbarrow, shovel, rake, broom, hedge pruner, saw, and chain saw. Mow, trim, edge, spread dirt, rake, mulch, fertilize, pull weeds, and aerate lawns. Set up irrigation systems, drainage systems and mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units and stone walls. Lay sod, plant and prune flowers, shrubs and trees. Load and unload materials and tools and keep them clean. Cut back flowers and wrap trees for Winter and perform specific and specialized winter rejuvenation pruning for shrubs and plants. Remove leaves and debris in early Spring, lightly trim shrubs and put down preemergent herbicide in flower bed. Conduct irrigation system shut offs of system activation for winter months. Perform winter lawn clean ups and remove debris. Shovel snow on properties and spread salt on walkways and driveways. May put up seasonal lighting. The employer will provide on-the-job training. The employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge. Requirements: Various Worksites: Employees will report directly to job sites in Washington, Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Goodhue, Hennepin, Isanti, Olmsted, Ramsey, Scott, Wabasha, and Wright counties in MN, and Pierce, Polk, and St. Croix counties in WI. Wages/Terms: $19.96/hr., and $29.94/hr. for OT. 40 hours per week. Available benefits include Medical, dental, vision, PTO, Employee Sick and Safe Time (ESST), and 401K.
