Role Title: Distributive Trade Transformation Ice Cream Project Management OfficerLocation: Davao
Employment Type: Project Based for 10 months
Job Description:
Ensure that the project is successfully landed within the given time frame and resources.
Create tools and training deck for the distributor field team.
Must be able to lead, coordinate, and support the distributor team during the launch and post-launch of the project.
Must be willing to do fieldwork to conduct on-site trainings and trade visits.
Provide guidance, documentation, and tools to ensure that projects are executed on time, and within budget.
Assess the project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor the project progress and create updates for the stakeholders.
Test newly deployed functionalities within the system.
Perform regular sanity testing to ensure systems are working as expected.
Address and resolve concerns from the stakeholders related to the project.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Information Technology, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or any business-related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent Project Management skills
Experience in Data Management, Reporting and automation
Must be highly proficient in MS Excel
With strong data management, data analysis and data visualization capabilities
Amenable for a 10 months project based contract
Willing to be assigned in Davao on a hybrid working set-up and do field work from time to time
