Work under limited supervision and in collaboration with marketing and product management, offering managers, key business partners and the senior management team, to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers. You will make pricing recommendations to ensure compliance with pricing policy. You will analyze market drivers and competition to determine price of new products, and you will support annual catalog process.
Support/maintain/write PROS pricing Methods and Processes
Value Management/Value Pricing
Pricing strategy formulation
Program and Project Management
Drive strong financial results
Market Research and resolve price / discount (web portal or other) questions, discrepancies and issues
Utilize/create pricing tools, databases and value pricing concepts, and propose related process improvements, where applicable
Responsible for yearly commercial catalog process and support D&S catalog process (Spares and R/O).
Support annual and off-cycle projects and other pricing activities / opportunities as needed
Travel within US and/ or International may be required- 10%
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Finance, Business, Accounting
5+ years of accounting, financial analysis, pricing analysis
2+ years computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including advanced experience using Excel and databases with large volumes of data; experience with ERP software, SAP preferred
3+ years experience in databases/ data analytics and manipulating large volume of data (pricing/ financial)
Due to export control regulations, this position requires US citizenship status
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Demonstrated results in large, complex, matrix organizations
Balance theoretical thought with practical
Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems
Ability to convey information with clarity and directness
