IBM Project Manager in Ahmedabad, India

Your Role and Responsibilities
Service Delivery and technical project management of cloud infra
Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud platform
Interact with clients to understand their cloud platform requirements and address their inquiries, concerns, and requests related to the cloud platform services.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams involved in the delivery process, including application team , security tean m cloud architects, engineers, and end user support staff.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery according to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor the performance of cloud platforms, proactively identify and resolve issues, and implement necessary improvements or optimizations.
Conduct regular meetings and status updates with clients to review project progress, discuss upcoming changes or enhancements, and gather feedback.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling or expanding cloud platform services with existing clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong experience in managing the delivery of infrastrcture and cloud platforms, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Proven past experiance as cloud architect / cloud infrastrcture specialist
In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Proficiency in project management methodologies and ITIL tools / ITSM .
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
Relevant certifications in cloud platforms and project management (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, PMP) are a plus.
Proven experience in manging traditional on-prim cloud infrastrcture will be added advantage.
