Buffet Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our event and buffet operations. You will work closely with clients to plan and execute memorable events, from weddings and corporate functions to social gatherings. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day buffet operations, ensuring a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing buffet presentation.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute events, including menu selection, staffing, and setup
Manage buffet operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and safety standards
Oversee staff training and scheduling
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
Ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year
Proven experience in buffet operations
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Food and beverage knowledge
