General Maintenance Worker
Do you enjoy keeping things running smoothly? Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a knack for fixing things? If so, then a general maintenance role might be perfect for you!
In this role, you'll be responsible for a wide variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. You'll fix minor issues, perform preventative maintenance, and keep everything in top condition.
Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of buildings and equipment
Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and building structures
Replace light bulbs, fix leaky faucets, and address other work orders
Maintain grounds and landscaping (e.g., mowing lawns, trimming hedges)
Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in general maintenance or repair
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
