Savannah River Mission Completion Manager, Maintenance Programs in Aiken, South Carolina

Overview

Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC (SRMC) is seeking a Manager, Maintenance Programs to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site.

The Manager, Maintenance Programs is responsible for the company’s maintenance programs. Intermediary for shared Site level maintenance programs and procedures. Company representative related to maintenance programs with DOE and other stakeholders. Manages predictive maintenance specialists providing technical analysis for equipment reliability in support of all company facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Member and/or representative on committees and boards (e.g. Electrical Review Board, Labor Standards Review Board, Site Lockout Committee etc.)

  • Provides routine consultation and subject matter expertise regarding program procedures.

  • Manages Predictive Maintenance Specialists including providing work direction, removing obstacles, training, and general management responsibilities.

  • Serves as FA10 Functional Program manager including responsibilities such as:

  • Periodic analysis of Key Performance Indicators or other operations/business metrics

  • Researches and writes reports for status updates or other ad hoc requests.

  • Creates and delivers presentations to various audiences including an annual presentation to the Executive Safety and Quality Board

  • Develops and executes FA10 assessment plan.

  • Develops and implements improvements.

  • Provides tours and management field observations to observe conditions and communicate performance standards.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with field experience in maintenance, engineering, operations, or work planning; or

  • Associates degree with field experience in maintenance, engineering, operations, or work planning; or

  • High School Diploma or GED with field experience in maintenance, engineering, operations, or work planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous management experience for an industrial/nuclear maintenance organization

  • Technical competence and experience to establish a nuclear maintenance program, including procedure/policy development.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of DOE Order 433.1B and SRS Manual 1Y

Savannah River Mission Completion (SRMC), a prime contractor for the US Department of Energy, is responsible for managing the Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site’s Liquid Waste operations contract. Located in Aiken, South Carolina, SRMC is a limited liability company formed by nuclear operations and environmental remediation global leaders BWXT, Amentum, and Fluor. Minimum Pay

USD $110,700.00/Yr.

Maximum Pay

USD $199,000.00/Yr.
