Basic Function
Responsible for the office facilities and equipment and oversees all accounting functions.
Responsibilities
- Arranges for the maintenance and upkeep of the office facility.
- Arranges for the maintenance and upkeep of all office equipment.
- Consults with Vice President of Administration on purchase of office equipment.
- Consults with Vice President of Administration and lead computer technician on purchase of computer equipment used in offices.
- Oversees the accounting functions and directs the work of the accounting assistants and receptionist.
- Prepares various accounting reports, accounting entries and governmental reporting.
- Consults with Vice President of Administration, Treasurer and corporate CPAs on accounting questions.
- Performs related work as required as directed by their supervisor.
