Basic Function

Responsible for the office facilities and equipment and oversees all accounting functions.

Responsibilities

  1. Arranges for the maintenance and upkeep of the office facility.
  2. Arranges for the maintenance and upkeep of all office equipment.
  3. Consults with Vice President of Administration on purchase of office equipment.
  4. Consults with Vice President of Administration and lead computer technician on purchase of computer equipment used in offices.
  5. Oversees the accounting functions and directs the work of the accounting assistants and receptionist.
  6. Prepares various accounting reports, accounting entries and governmental reporting.
  7. Consults with Vice President of Administration, Treasurer and corporate CPAs on accounting questions.
  8. Performs related work as required as directed by their supervisor.
