Performance Health is looking for a Production Worker II to join our manufacturing team in Akron, OH. This position includes operating equipment to produce finished goods in a variety of our areas: Rubber Tubing Measuring, Hand Ex, TPE Dental, Tape and Underwrap, CLX, Synthetic or Topical Filling. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Perform and meet all necessary production standards Follow all necessary processing specifications in the BOP (Basic Operating Procedure) Operate equipment machinery as instructed Ensure that safe working conditions and good housekeeping are maintained while meeting the 5S cleaning program Prepare product, label, assemble/package properly and prepare to ship Performs other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred, not required 2-4 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds Machine operation experience preferred Working knowledge of GMP and FDA guidelines preferred Benefits Our benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs. This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $15.00 - $16.00 plus benefits.
