Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is seeking a mission-minded Associate to join us as a full time (37.5 per week) Site Supervisor - Virtual Health Center. Applicant must reside in the state of Ohio. SUMMARY The purpose of this position is to assist in the management and daily operations of the virtual health center; provides leadership to assist with supervising virtual health center staff; assist in implementation of operational procedures; and delivers high-quality patient care and excellent customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Works with Regional Lead Practice Manager and Virtual Health leadership team to evaluate and supervise virtual health center staff, including daily operational leadership, hiring, training, and orienting staff, ongoing training and development, goal setting and annual performance evaluation. * Supports development of staff skills, capabilities, and job knowledge; and where possible, prepares staff members for advancement opportunities. * Conduct health center staff meetings at least once per month. * Construct weekly associate schedules ensuring adequate coverage in all areas of the Virtual Health Center, providing direct patient care as needed, in compliance with all affiliate protocols and procedures, to include education and counseling patients, maintaining medical records and logs, scheduling patients and responding in a professional manner to the need of patients. * In partnership with Clinician(s) implement and monitor new or revised administrative and medical protocols. * Act as a proponent of change management for services and programming expansion efforts. Observe, describe, and propose new programs as well as program improvements. * Assist with development and management of operating and capital budgets within the center. * Accept individual and joint responsibility for and lead the Health Center's efforts to achieve established Key Performance Indicators and annual performance goals. * Evaluate daily health center statistics. Analyze trends and make recommendations for adjustments to health center operations and finances accordingly in coordination with the Regional Lead Practice Manager. * Practice and promote a patient centered approach to the delivery of services; identify opportunities to improve cycle times and the patient experience through data collection and analysis. * Serve as liaison with community organizations, service organizations, and other public and private agencies in respective communities and participate in administrative meetings and community meetings as assigned. * Take personal responsibility to remain informed about family planning methods, reproductive health care issues and technology, services offered by PPGOH and PPGOH protocols, policies and procedures to give regular feedback to the supervisor regarding training and continuing education needs. * Familiar with health center funding sources, billing systems and medical coding. * Maintain accuracy in documentation in client's medical record. * Works with staff to provide a positive environment in whic
