Job Overview
Well Bore Cleaning Out services are an essential part of the drilling process in the oil and gas industry. These services involve removing debris, cuttings, and other materials that accumulate inside the well bore during drilling operations. The primary objective is to ensure a clear and unobstructed path for drilling tools and equipment, enabling efficient and safe operations.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and rigging up specialized equipment, such as circulation tools, jars, and scrapers, to clean out the well bore.
Circulating drilling fluids or specialized cleaning fluids through the well bore to dislodge and remove accumulated debris and cuttings.
Monitoring and adjusting fluid circulation rates, pressures, and volumes to optimize the cleaning process.
Utilizing various techniques, such as jarring, rotating, and reciprocating, to facilitate the removal of stuck or compacted debris.
Conducting well bore conditioning operations, which may involve chemical treatments or mechanical agitation, to improve the condition of the well bore.
Performing fishing operations to retrieve lost or stuck equipment from the well bore, if necessary.
Adhering to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout the cleaning process.
Running downhole tools including inflow test
Leading joiner engineers
Prepare BHA and running procedure for clients
Providing final job completion reports for the tools and equipment
Skills:
Works well within a team environment.
Proven ability to function well under pressure.
Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Word skills
Eagerness to learn and challenge existing processes.
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication, organization, analytical, troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and a high degree of self-discipline and motivation
Able to relate to rig-site personnel at all levels.
Qualifications:
Engineering Degree or High Diploma with relevant experience
