Job Overview
Skilled and dedicated Field Operator II - TRS to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. This hands-on role undertakes tasks utilizing our equipment, machinery, and systems, applying techniques and practices to complete assignments using technical manuals, procedures, and work instructions. As a Field Operator II, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional services and solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
The Field Operator II will be responsible for all PULD Machine operations rendered to our client/s.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the PULD Machines are fit to work by performing all checks in accordance with the SOP, Checklist, and client requirements.
He will carry out the necessary repairs and maintenance within his scope of work and function testing of the equipment.
The Field Operator II will be responsible for Driving the equipment to and from the client’s location and the job execution in the field.
He will be responsible for documenting all issues identified with the equipment prior, during and after each job.
He will also ensure all certifications and licenses are up to date and in order.
Pick Up Lay Down Machine Operator
Qualifications:
Min.5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
High School Diploma
Experience in Pick Up Lay Down Machine Operator
Heavy Duty Driver license
Skills :
English skills, written & verbal skills.
Ability to perform maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and monitoring of equipment
Strong critical thinking, active learning, listening, and complex problem-solving skills
Excellent reading, writing, judgment, and decision-making abilities to align with policies and procedures
Effective time management skills
Capability to conduct quality control analysis to ensure products meet required standards
Physical ability to meet the demands of the role
Ability to identify potential problems and understand solutions
Capacity to react effectively and efficiently in operating tools and machinery
Ability to visualize how tools and products will look when preparing for assembly, repair, or modifications
Mechanical skills & Troubleshooting skills
Make periodic checks on wellsite operations to ensure that required activities are being performed and policies are being followed.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operation, and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
