Parsons Corporation Compliance Supervisor - HSE in Al-Sinaiyah, Saudi Arabia
Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HSE Compliance Supervisor to join our team! In this role you will ensure that Parsons / Royal Commission operations follow all relevant internal and statutory rules / systems / procedures / policies. Also, to review ongoing operations and provide advice on compliance.
Reports directly to HSE Manager, interacts with all relevant HSE Unit staff, internal departments, client representatives, external contractors / consultants.
What You'll Be Doing:
Responsible for the development and continual assessment of the compliance program and documents such as, construction Health, Safety and Environment policies, governance standards, procedures, internal and external compliance audits, and compliance and monitoring plans
Responsible for compliance to HSE Saudi laws and regulations, and reporting concerns to the HSE Manager.
Responsible for address noncompliance situations and developing mitigation plans.
Manage compliance audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.
Responsible for the development and implementing communication plans to ensure awareness of internal and external program compliance.
Responsible for reviewing and revision of the compliance program.
Collaborate with external auditors when needed.
Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.
Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.
Responsible for the management, performance, and development of team members.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial safety, environmental science or a related subject
Minimum of 12 years' professional experience in a similar role within a Civil Engineering Company
Lead Auditor Accreditation
Familiar with statutory Health and Safety Standards across KSA
Familiar with Health and Safety practices, standards, and controls
Demonstratable risk management experience and skills
Ability to provide training as new systems and capabilities move into operational use.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Outlook, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
