Title: Administrative Assistant II
Shift timings: 1 st shift (8.00 AM – 5.00 PM)
Pay Range: $22-35/hr on W2
Location: 2901 Harbor Bay Parkway Alameda CA 94502 United States
Duration: 6 - month contract with high possibility of extension
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join one of our Fortune 500 client’s projects in Alameda, CA . Analyses verbal or statistical data to prepare reports and studies for use by professional workers in a variety of scientific areas. May be proficient in qualitative and/or quantitative lab methods. Includes all levels of education and experience.
Job summary:
Will be in the office Monday through Thursday with Friday WFH if the manager deems necessary.
Looking for someone with 0 to 3 years of experience in the same type of job or something similar; someone who can make decisions on their own.
Education Required: High School Diploma or GED - candidate must provide proof of diploma or certification to supplier
Hours are 8am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch, or 8:30am to 5pm with a 1/2 hour lunch
Nature of Role: Position will support the Head of Technology, Head of Marketing, and Head of Strategic Operations.
Will need to coordinate meetings and meeting details
Will need to manage events and event details
Manage Calendars
Track Travel Expenses on Concur
Order food and beverages for meetings
Order office supplies
Ability to Multi-task and work with different people and dept. heads
Someone who can do a lot in a 40 hour week
Interview Process/Method: 1st interview preferably on-site but can be a video conference with the Hiring Manager; 2nd interview will be video conference with the HM and Department Heads for the departments mentioned above.
