Will assume responsibility as the lead contact for all internal incidents. This includes the receipt and follow-up to all incident notifications, maintenance of incident report tracking system, and the reporting of trends to the Director of Incident Management.
Scanning and filing various correspondence and documents as appropriate based on the needs of the department.
Data entry into various systems, including but not limited to Share Point, and OPWDDs IRMA system.
Requesting and collecting documents from other departments to assist in the building and completion of new incident folders.
Be an active participant for routine information sharing, problem solving, and crisis intervention as needed.
Act as a backup to conduct investigations into incidents and allegations of abuse and neglect as assigned.
Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings for external investigators
Booking conference rooms and reserving space for meetings
Performing all other work related duties as assigned
Requirements
HS Diploma with a minimum of 2 years administrative experience
Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Word software.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
Knowledge of office administration procedures.
Ability to operate most standard office equipment.
Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials; establishing priorities; and meeting deadlines.
Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Salary Description
$36,000 - $40,000
