  • Will assume responsibility as the lead contact for all internal incidents. This includes the receipt and follow-up to all incident notifications, maintenance of incident report tracking system, and the reporting of trends to the Director of Incident Management.

  • Scanning and filing various correspondence and documents as appropriate based on the needs of the department.

  • Data entry into various systems, including but not limited to Share Point, and OPWDDs IRMA system.

  • Requesting and collecting documents from other departments to assist in the building and completion of new incident folders.

  • Be an active participant for routine information sharing, problem solving, and crisis intervention as needed.

  • Act as a backup to conduct investigations into incidents and allegations of abuse and neglect as assigned.

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings for external investigators

  • Booking conference rooms and reserving space for meetings

  • Performing all other work related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • HS Diploma with a minimum of 2 years administrative experience

  • Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Word software.

  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.

  • Knowledge of office administration procedures.

  • Ability to operate most standard office equipment.

  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials; establishing priorities; and meeting deadlines.

  • Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.

  • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Customer Service, Teamwork

  • Incident Management Experience Preferred

Salary Description

$36,000 - $40,000
