Summary:
The Children’s Transformation Initiatives Engagement Lead (EL) will be part of the Engagement Office (EO) within the Division of Data Services and Analytics within the Office of Health Insurance Programs (OHIP). The Engagement Office (EO) serves as the liaison between the Division of Data Services and Analytics (DDSA) and the diverse internal and external stakeholders within the Office of Health Insurance Programs (OHIP). The office consists of many Engagements Leads (subject matter experts) that act as a single point of contact responsible for ensuring that designated OHIP program area representatives receive answers to their data questions across the Division of Data Services and Analytics in the most efficient and accurate manner possible.
This role is responsible for informing and coordinating the workflows of all DDSA bureaus necessary for fulfilling data needs and questions. The Engagement Leads are subject matter experts in their program areas and are responsible for strategic communication, stakeholder advocacy, subject matter expertise, requirement articulation and validation across the Division.
Day to day activities include:
customer service to program representatives
product enhancement backlog maintenance
program and policy research,
collaboration
providing subject matter expert support to DDSA and OHIP program representatives in both the business and data domains
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years’ experience in Medicaid, public health, or public policy preferable in the Children’s 1115 Waiver, Children’s Health Home Program or Foster Care Program
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, 8 years of experience
Preferred Qualification:
Onboarding/HR experience
Experience in creating training materials.
Medicaid or Healthcare experience
Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
