Summary
The candidate will be part of the bureau of data insights and research within the division of data services and analytics (DDSA) supporting data analytics by researching Medicaid policies and waivers. the bureau also consists of many engagements leads (subject matter experts) that act as a single point of contact responsible for ensuring that designated ohip program area representatives receive answers to their data questions across the division of data services and analytics in the most efficient and accurate manner possible.
The Medicaid Program Manager will work with all units/teams within the bureau as well as the division’s engagement leads to support necessary research as it’s associated with data analytic requests the division is supporting. Medicaid Program Manager will serve as the liaison between the division of data services and analytics (DDSA) and the diverse internal and external stakeholders within the office of health insurance programs (ohip).
Basic Responsibilities:
reviewing nys Medicaid updates
reviewing other state Medicaid programs and bringing that information to appropriate staff members depending on project
reviewing Medicaid waivers for the support of data analytics
demonstrate experience coordinating projects.

excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical skills.
excellent organizational skills, ability to work with differing priorities at the same time.
Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
