We are currently hiring for a Residential Site Supervisor, to work within our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency. As a Residential Site Supervisor, you would be responsible for:
The overall day-to-day operations of the Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA)
Working in tandem with an individual’s support team; including family, CCDS Nursing, administration, and clinical staff to provide well rounded, person-centered supports
Residential Site Supervisor Minimum Salary: $21.50/hour
Residential Site Supervisor Maximum Salary: $21.50/hour
Residential Site Supervisor Schedule: Full-time
We offer a $1.50/hour differential for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday
Qualifications:
Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
High School diploma/GED is required: higher education is preferred
Two years of experience providing excellent care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting
