In this position...

The BlueCruise Co-Brand Insurance Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic development and coordination of BlueCruise promotional campaigns tied to insurance acquisition, lifecycle communications, and cobranded marketing. This includes owning the management of end-to-end user journey solutions while collaborating with both internal and external marketing, creative, product, finance, legal, analytics, and technology partners daily. The Manager serves a B2B strategist and consultant who works to deliver mutually beneficial solutions via B2C campaigns.

What you'll do...

As a leader on the team, you will be accountable for:

  • Leading the omnichannel strategy, development, and execution of cobrand programs to drive increased BlueCruise subscription sales, owner usage, and retention in conjunction with external insurance partners

  • Developing creative briefs and overseeing development of marketing assets across multiple channel platforms and brands

  • Maintaining oversight to ensure creative is on-strategy, customer-led, and on-brand, partnering with internal cross-functional teams and external brand stakeholders to ensure seamless execution

  • Working with insurance partners to discover optimal user experiences and align on promotional offer strategies, user journeys, business objectives, test designs, and measurement plans

  • Successfully integrating product and program advancements into marketing strategies to fuel acquisition, drive growth, and prevent attrition

  • Owning the strategy and oversight of B2B2C assets and toolkits that may be implemented within dealerships and/or insurance agents

  • Working with Marketing Integration team to ensure flawless execution of all campaigns

  • Supporting the development of bottom-up forecasts and the regular reporting of partnership performance; over time develop a deep understand of key business drivers and how to use them to drive growth

  • Supporting BlueCruise GM and Ford Insure teams in building new and expanding existing partnerships including developing business proposals and engaging with insurance partners for new business agreements

You'll have...

  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in marketing, advertising, loyalty, ecommerce, or related field, focused on driving the development, execution, and analysis of omni-channel marketing

  • Past OEM, insurance, credit card, retail or creative agency experience highly preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Post-graduate experience a plus.

  • 25-40% travel - Once a month will travel to Dearborn, MI to meet with the BlueCruise GM Team and/or other projects

  • Experience working with and directing strategies via internal Marketing & Communications partners and external creative agencies

  • Highly adept at creating and presenting visually compelling stories via PowerPoint across all levels of leadership

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to leverage large data sets to make data-driven decisions and derive effective solutions. Can concisely translate learnings and insights to inform and influence change

  • Agile and resilient, possessing adaptive startup mode mindset

  • Skilled at working within and navigating complex matrixed organizations

  • Results-oriented, can forge progress and make sense of ambiguous data and work plans
