Robert Half Accounts Payable Clerk in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role is situated in the industry of accounts payable and will involve managing and processing company expenses, invoices and payments, as well as coordinating inventory control operations.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process invoices, payments, and expenses related to the company's purchases
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies when required
• Perform audits and coordinate inventory control operations to ensure accuracy
• Reconcile invoice discrepancies and verify vendor accounts to maintain accuracy
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding invoice and payment inquiries
• Assist in month-end close procedures to ensure timely completion
• Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for invoice processing and data entry
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications using Microsoft Excel
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to accounts payable
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Check Runs
• Skilled in Coding Invoices
• Proficient in Data Entry
• Familiarity with Invoice Processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Familiarity with SAP
• Experience in Account Reconciliation
