Growing company in Albuquerque is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Electrical or electronics engineering and 5 years of quality systems experience. Seeking a candidate who has taken a quality system from prototype to production; relevant quality system experience in an ISO 9001 environment is required. Experience with electronics manufacturing desired. Excellent work/life balance, benefits, profit sharing and relocation!

responsibilities:
Refine and establish the quality system infrastructure and metrics for products from the development phase to the manufacturing phase
Assure that the quality system meets requirements from various sources including compliance with ISO, and internal and customer requirements.
Develop the quality manufacturing infrastructure including documentation and test fixture requirements across the full build cycle from incoming QC inspections through subsystem testing and to the final acceptance document
Perform quality analyses such as FMEA and root cause; MTBF, Inherent Availability, and similar lifecycle metrics.
Lead the analysis, documentation, and customer reporting of repaired products
Requirements:
B.S. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering required
Quality systems infrastructure experience relating to electronics manufacturing
Quality system experience in an ISO 9001 environment is required
Product certification knowledge including NTRL and CE
Excellent verbal and written communication
Willingness and ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance
