Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Universal Bank Teller in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role operates within the banking industry, ensuring seamless transactions and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
• Execute check cashing, deposit acceptance, and loan payment processing
• Handle night drop deposits and merchant deposits from courier services
• Ensure accurate and efficient balancing of cash drawer
• Aid in managing vault balance and cash shipments
• Facilitate customers with safety deposit box access
• Support with the setup and maintenance of internet banking services
• Oversee debit card maintenance and the process of ordering new cards
• Learn and apply skills for opening new deposit accounts
• Uphold high standards of detail oriented service and conduct at all times
• Undertake additional tasks as necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with Banking software
• Experience in Data Processing
• Knowledge of LaserPro
• Ability to use Lawon ERP
• Comfortable with Answering Inbound Calls
• Expertise in Check Processing
• Understanding of Collection Processes
• Experience with Consumer Loans
• Knowledge of Credit management
