12-MONTH POSITION - FULL-TIME
Description/Qualifications:
Maintaining confidentiality;
Working with PowerSchool Team to support teachers with grade reporting;
Following instructions and organizing workloads;
Working with faculty, administrators, staff, students, parents, and district residents
Working under pressure and meeting deadlines;
Serving as a positive, enthusiastic, and productive team member;
Operating a busy office requiring extensive computer, typing, telephone and
database skills; and
Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
Must meet Civil Service Requirements
MUST HOLD CLERK-TYPIST OR SENIOR CLERK-TYPIST TITLE, BE ELIGIBLE FOR TRANSFER OR TAKE NEXT CLERK-TYPIST OR SENIOR CLERK-TYPIST CIVIL SERVICE TEST AND BE REACHABLE ON THE LIST FOLLOWING CIVIL SERVICE RULES
Computer skills and good knowledge of office terminology, procedures and equipment are required. Knowledge of office operations and student management information systems is preferred.
