Pay Rate: $17 - $19 per hour (based on experience) Choose the 1st shift schedule that works best for you! 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM Essential Functions: Perform routine housekeeping and janitorial duties to ensure a clean and safe environment. Operate powered cleaning tools to maintain the facility. Care for the grounds, including lawns, shrubs, signs, parking lots, roads, and sidewalks. Conduct minor maintenance tasks such as basic carpentry and janitorial repairs. Maintain walls, floors, and other building surfaces. Conduct inspections of the building, grounds, and mechanical systems. Assist with plant and equipment maintenance as assigned. Prior janitorial/custodial experience is preferred, but not required.
