JandM Global Solutions (JandM) provides program and project management support for emergency management activities across a range of mission areas. We are recruiting dynamic regional project managers to support mitigation activities. This is a hybrid position that requires in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate program-level support, including planning, performance management and reporting, evaluation, and integration.
• Offer tailored program management support to enhance regional capabilities in emergency management and mitigation efforts.
• Engage with federal clients, assisting in navigating programmatic changes and advancements in emergency management practices.
• Track ongoing project status, metrics, and impact.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years of directly related experience in program management and emergency management/mitigation. (PMP desired)
• Experience in emergency management with a demonstrated understanding of engineering principles relevant to mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform complex data analysis to support decision-making and program improvements.
• Proven experience in communications and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to effectively manage interactions with federal clients, regional teams, and community partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all program deliverables and communications.
• A strategic thinker who has assisted federal clients navigating change.
• Experience with both the soft and hard program management functions (e.g., EVM, acquisition lifecycle)
• Organization skills where you dont let anything slip through the cracks and always meets deadlines.
