Summary This position is located within the Equal Employment Opportunity Programs Operation Branch in Alexandria, Virginia. Responsibilities Provide expert analytical, evaluative, and consultative services to EEOP leaders on a wide range of organizational, structural, process, and resource issues. Map and analyze complex organizational structures and processes in order to identify potential improvements to EEOP business processes. Ensure effectiveness of office records systems, including mail management, docketing, and reporting. Develop approaches and procedures to integrate and modify processes and help staff members solve operational problems. Conduct new employee orientation. Serve as Billing Official responsible for the management of the micro-purchase program and oversight of up to seven government purchase card holders. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes providing EEOP consultative services to management or stakeholders, preparing EEO required reports, and formulating and implementing office administration processes. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Accounting Administration and Management Organizational Performance Analysis Project Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). Education Additional Information Selection is subject to restrictions resulting from Department of Defense referral system for displaced employees.
