In this position...

Ford Performance is looking for an enthusiastic, talented professional to join their motorsports general management group. In this role, you will support the Experience Leader by managing and fostering club and community efforts within the enthusiast car space. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and grow the community, integrating these efforts into events, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for all members. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and a role model for Our Ford+ Behaviors – Focus, Excellence, and Collaboration.

What you'll do...

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance community engagement and growth within the enthusiast car space.

  • Align with internal teams and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to independent car culture initiatives.

  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including ambassadors, to leverage their presence and influence within the community.

  • Oversee club and community efforts, fostering engagement and collaboration.

  • Manage member outreach programs and events, ensuring they align with strategic goals.

  • Facilitate connections among community members and manage member databases.

  • Create and curate content of interest to the community, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.

  • Integrate club and community activities into larger Ford Performance events and initiatives.

  • Track and analyze community engagement metrics to inform strategy and improve programs.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Experience Leader on community activities and engagement.

  • Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring they meet the needs and interests of the community.

  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote community events and initiatives.

You'll have...

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in vendor management, community engagement, or a similar role.

Even better, you may have...

• Experience in the automotive or motorsports industry.

• Familiarity with vendor management software and tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex tasks.

• Excellent communication and relationship skills, putting the customer first.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving products.

• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to requested schedules as needed.

• Passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences.

This position is a range of salary grades 5-8 .
