Description:
looking to add 1-2 people to their PC Renewal team as part of the overall PC Renewal efforts. These are going to be entry level roles with a major emphasis on strong customer service and organization skills. They will be handling any type of first line customer follow up or inquiry as it pertains to the PC Renewal program and getting their new IT equipment, getting appointments scheduled for service, or post appointment follow. These people will be helping with imaging, troubleshooting, deployment, software loads, and data transferring between old devices and new devices.

Need to be comfortable being on site 5 days a week and working 40 hours per week.
No overtime allowed unless projects are going on
