Digital Specialist, Clinical Ancillaries
Remote - US East Coast Preferred

Would you like to make an impact in digital solutions on a global scale? The CAM eBusiness specialist will work in partnership with CAM product management to build digital solutions that enable web transactions, supply management, online quoting and also digital cataloging of products needed for clinical trials. The specialist will implement digital and e-commerce solutions to address strategic clients’ needs and problems and will prioritize how to improve efficiency through optimized web solutions! Two critical outputs include enablement of digital ordering and supply management toolset for clients as well as ancillary supply e-commerce options for clients looking to order clinical ancillaries, equipment and medical devices globally. The role will enable efficient ordering of products as well as clear product distribution strategies for clients seeking clinical supply solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand needs, lead projects and develop solutions
Translate client and business requirements into specific and detailed project requirements in order to facilitate technical solutions
Proactively handle turning points and key project results to timelines
Work to clarify client challenges, requirements and specifications for ordering clinical ancillary supplies/equipment
Jointly develop and maintain a digital strategy to support the business growth with biotech and biopharma customers
Liaise with staff internally and externally to communicate ongoing requirements and market trends in E-Business
Responsible for the design and implementation of preferred and optimized web based solutions
Assists clients with e-change management activities
Develops, initiates and maintains an E-Commerce business plan that focuses specifically on strategic accounts and market segments that offer the greatest impact to grow
Supports the sales organization in developing their understanding of clinical services Ecommerce capabilities and Business Solutions to facilitate their ability to promote these services
Develop internal and external reporting using Power BI and related dashboards
Travels to customer sites both regionally and nationally
Evaluates markets and customers trends to the solution provided and plans to meet the requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree required
5 years of Project Management experience preferred
Confirmed consultation and project management skills
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge of general business process and related information technology used in the procurement process
Knowledge of basic supply chain processes/methodologies as well as clinical trials
Robust analytical skills and knowledge of associated e-eBusiness and web tools
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required
Outstanding time management skills and a self-driver
