ADP Sr. Manager, Business Development Operations GES in Allentown, Pennsylvania

*This is a hybrid role based out of our Allentown, PA office. Qualified candidates must live within commutable distance to this location.*

The Sr. Manager, Business Development Operations GES will serve as the primary point of contact for executing all sales/business development operations activities, both recurring and project based, within the ESI Sales Development organization. This person will also be the go-to resource for all sales development operations related matters, requests, and escalations, in addition to partnering with local sales management on wider sales development initiatives. The role will also facilitate the flow of information between Regional functional teams to ensure standardized and efficient processes. Reporting, analytics and communication to line management of sales development results is a key area of focus.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Support the rollout of ESI Sales Development initiatives, with local teams as required.

  • Support fiscal year planning and go-to-market activities; to include: territory management, headcount and quota allocation.

  • Support Sales Development leaders in all regions to develop and deliver on SDR/BDR/LDR strategy, collecting, analyzing, evaluating and providing resources needed to establish and maintain favorable context to achieve on sales commitments.

  • Lead local sales development communications and liaise with local Business Units on sales development topics.

  • Support general operations requests, including: tool access, facilities requests, purchase order requests.

  • Facilitate the resolution of SFDC and reporting requests and issues; support local SFDC optimized use.

  • Support Country / Subregion sales enablement initiatives.

  • Support the sales process through facilitating of standardization proposals and adoption of process, local campaigns and contests, tracking, monitoring and consolidating results.

  • Support the planning and execution of in-office and off-site events.

  • Support new hire onboarding through general setup on ADP tools, systems, hardware.

  • Ensure process ownership and provide procedural guidance and training.

  • Monitor and curate Sales Development management resources and documentation.

Experience:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with sales stakeholders; direct sales/sales development management experience.

  • Team player with excellent collaboration and problem solving skills.

  • Strong working knowledge of SFDC is required, data management skills preferred.

  • Proficient in business English, both oral and written, other additional languages are a plus.

  • Excellent computer skills are essential (including MSN Office: PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Accurate reporting and understanding of organizations metrics.
