What will you do at MMI?

As a Community Coach providing CLS (Community Living Support) services, you are responsible for assisting assigned persons served in maintaining independent living. What does this look like? You arrive at the person's home ready to assist them with achieving their goals. Some goals they may have include maintaining a budget, cleaning their home, meal planning for the week or setting up appointments. You offer opportunities for growth with these individuals and learn more about their goals to provide the best possible services. In this position, you will work primarily in Alma area with services provided throughout Gratiot County.
