Job Description

Job Title: Medical Projects Manager

Location: Kazakhstan, Almaty

About the role:

  • Manages all medical communication channels within omnichannel strategy across all categories.

  • Leads all strategic discussions aimed to improve efficacy of medical communication, except MSLs communications.

  • Supervises all communication channels excluding individual scientific discussion (covered by field medical).

  • Medical Information service management, receive inquires, communicate with above country MI team, provide responses to customers.

  • The main point of contact from medical department in communication with digital service providers

  • Leads medical digital campaigns and contributes to the execution in close collaboration with TAs leads .

  • Has controlling function in the monitoring of implemented campaigns.

How you will contribute:

  • Generates, analyzes progress/final reports to ensure efficacy of projects and future improvement.

  • Manages large-scale scientific events, like National and International congresses including non-scientific negotiations for example, type of sponsorship, medical booth, content placement, contracts, compliance discussions, closing documents.

  • Collaborates with TAs leads in the planning and execution of CME projects

  • Inputs in overall medical strategy, future vision innovative solutions

  • Member of strategic work-force for medical pre-launches and launches.

  • An Internal expert in compliance processes for medical department.

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Bachelor/master degree, medical/natural science background is advantage

  • Excellent communication skills, customer centricity mindset

  • Has knowledge in multichannel/omnichannel, pharma industry experience is advantage

  • Able to work collaboratively towards a common goal, and to compromise and negotiate when necessary

  • Persistent in doing proper things to achieve a goal

  • Integrity and growth mindset

  • Russian/English languages proficiency, Kazakh language proficiency is advantage.
