Tran-Sol Corp. Administrative Assistant / Courier Backup in Alpena, Michigan
Tran-Sol Corp. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing paperwork, and assisting with customer service. Additionally, you will occasionally fill in as a courier, delivering packages to various locations.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling.
- Ability to create shipping paperwork accurately.
- Familiarity with invoicing processes.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our proprietary software.

Courier Backup Responsibilities:
- When necessary, drive our pickup truck to deliver packages to manufacturing plants and offices in Alpena and occasionally Gaylord.
- Hours for courier backup are 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- A good driving record is required for courier backup duties.
Starting wage is $16.50 per hour based on experience and competency.
