Job Title: Marketing Product Manager *Job Location: Atlanta, GA *Duties: Oversee various aspects of software product marketing strategy and execution. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Analyze market data to develop a deep understanding of target audiences, their preferences, and pain points. Utilize market insights to inform product positioning and messaging. Collaborate with product development teams to understand the software's features, functionalities, and unique selling points. Develop a cohesive product marketing strategy aligned with the overall business goals. Define and communicate the value proposition of the software to the target audience. Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and updates. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless product introduction. Create marketing collateral, including presentations, sales materials, and product documentation. Develop and oversee the creation of marketing content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos. Ensure content aligns with the overall messaging and brand guidelines. Collaborate with internal and external resources to create compelling and informative content. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email, and events. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and effective promotional materials. Collaborate with sales teams to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to sell the software effectively. Develop training materials, sales presentations, and product demonstrations. Communicate product updates and changes to the sales team in a timely manner. Gather feedback from customers and work with product development teams to incorporate improvements. Support customer-facing teams by providing them with the information and resources needed to address customer inquiries and concerns. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and support. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on the performance of marketing activities. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop and manage the marketing budget for the product. Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing efforts. Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and sales teams.
