About the team:

The Enterprise Biller & Receivables Solutions team delivers products and services that enable large and mid-sized businesses to digitize their customer billing/invoicing process, payments, and receivables management. Our industry-leading products, BillMatrix and SnapPay, directly integrate with our clients’ ERPs/e-commerce platforms and automate payments and financial workflows that otherwise cost clients significant time and manual effort – while delivering a great billing and payment experience for their customers. This role is a great opportunity to join a growing team and accelerate our product evolution within one of the fastest growing product suites in the Merchant Solutions division of Fiserv.

What a great Product Manager does:

You will lead, manage, and scale a product family across both the BillMatrix and SnapPay platforms. You will play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing enterprise and middle market customer pain points and needs, driving feature enhancements, and steering the evolution of the core product vision, roadmap, and execution. You will have deep product discipline and understand what it takes to innovate a mature product in a high revenue, high volume environment. As you grow in role, you will champion and evangelize our products across various Fiserv teams to identify synergies and experiment upsell/cross-sell opportunities for users to benefit from incremental services.

In this role you will:

  • Prioritize, maintain, and communicate product backlog with Engineering and cross-functional teams so each successive sprint can be planned clearly and efficiently

  • Develop and maintain product documentation and user stories

  • Manage a high volume of large product initiatives within a defined period, ensuring a successful build outcome

  • Evaluate new feature enhancement requests and ideas, based on market demand, ROI and client impact. Analyze customer feedback and use customer insights to inform product decisions.

  • Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for product growth and innovation

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams such as engineering, sales, customer success, finance, and marketing ensure product objectives are met

  • Keep stakeholders informed on product performance and progress, and ensure alignment between product vision and market needs

  • Measure product performance with relevant KPIs, and analyze user data to inform product decisions

  • Ensure product quality and compliance with legal and policy requirements

What experience and skills you need to have:

  • 5+ years technology experience as a Product Manager building and/or scaling large-scale digital payments-focused products from ideation to launch

  • Proven track record of developing strategy by defining opportunities and problems, collecting and synthesizing data for prioritization, and measuring success to make valid conclusions

  • Aptitude in using Agile (scrum, kanban, SAFe) and product management methodologies to lead and partner with technical solution consultants and engineers towards business outcomes and delivery goals

  • Experience in co-creating Go-To-Market (GTM)/Launch strategy and customer enablement with sales, marketing, and implementation partners

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and bring others along your thinking

  • Understand drivers for financial health of the product portfolio; account for tradeoffs and present options

  • Collaborative and hands-on working style that values diverse perspectives and helps uncover and address questions and assumptions

  • Bias for action, and shares responsibility for the team’s success and progress

This is an in-office position - 4 days per week in the office with an option to work on Friday from home. For the first 90 days you'll be expected in the office all 5 weekdays.*
