Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic individual to join us as an Administrative Assistant III, who will focus on supporting all administrative aspects of the Operations Engineering Team, and jointly supporting the OEM, GMFE’s, OCI, AOCI, MTEQ’s, and OCE’s.

Schedule & Location:

This is a non-exempt, hourly position based in Alpharetta, GA

  • Calendar management, expense reports, travel arrangements for OEM.

  • Arrange and coordinate in-person and remote meetings for OEM & GMFE’s.

  • Reserve meeting location(s), confirm and follow up on technology needs, make travel arrangements, catering, reservations, and security notifications as needed.

  • Assist the admin team in answering phone calls on the main line.

  • Capture and act on expense reports for GMFE’s, OCI, AOCI, MTEQ’s, OCEs, AOEM as appropriate when received with required approvals.

  • Assist and back-up other administrative assistants, when needed.

  • Execute with spirit of collegiality, teamwork, and responsiveness to broader staff.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for OEM, OCI, AOCI, MTEQ’s, OCE’s and GMFE’s.

  • Prepare and send Nat Cat Mailings.

Qualifications - Internal

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma.

Highly Preferred Education:

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree.
