The role you’ll contribute:
As a critical member of the Learning team, the Manager, Clinical Learning Programs will partner with the AdventHealth Clinical team to develop and implement learning and development programs specific to clinicians: nurses, physicians, and other providers. He or she will lead the effort to assess the system-wide need, develop a long-term plan for, and coordinate a comprehensive clinical learning and development program.

Effectivelycommunicateregularlytokeepallleadershipdevelopmentinitiativesaligned.
PartnerswithothermembersoftheLearningteamandprovideslinkageswithother initiatives.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Master'sdegreeinNursingwithexperienceineducationandprofessionaldevelopmentORaMaster'sdegreein Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related field, OR a Bachelor’s degree and five years experience
Fiveyearsofprogressiveexperienceinclinicalrolesand/oranorganizationaldevelopmentrelatedfield, with emphasis on learning activities
Threetofiveyearsofprogressiveresponsibilitiesandexperienceholdingleadership positions in Education and Clinical areas
Knowledgeofclinicalprocessesandabilitytoapplyknowledgetodevelopprofessionalclinicalleadership
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
Certificateinatleastonerecognizedassessmenttool(i.e.Myers-BriggsTypeIndicator(MBTI),DiSC Behavioral Assessment, etc.); OR
Certification/Certificate in one or more of the following:
o Project Management
o Change Management
o Instructional Design
o Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) through the Association for Talent Development (ATD)
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:
Certificationoracademicallyqualifiedtouseassessment tools
Certificationasaleadership coach
Curriculumdesignand/orfacilitation certification
