Winning AWS DevOps Service in Amadora, Portugal
At Winning Consulting, we are currently looking for a Devops to join in our team in a project in one of our clients in the Automotive Industry.
The service to be provided is focused on define, plan, architecture solutions and implementation for cloud environments based on AWS cloud, using the DevOps practices and tools.
To achieve this, our client expects the following competences to be available at the service provider:
• Understand and implement complex requirements using best practices.
• Provide effort estimates for tasks.
• Capable of contributing to technical improvement.
• Works directly with customers to establish high-level solution and architecture.
• Works directly with/in agile teams to implement the solution.
To deliver the above competences, our client considers relevant for the outsourcing company to assure consultants with a skillset and experience covering:
• Supporting several projects on a variety of technologies.
• Understand and implement complex requirements using our client´s cloud policies and security best practices, providing effort estimates for tasks.
• Analyze the demands and derive a cloud-based target architecture (infrastructure / platform) including proposal for a step wise roadmap towards the target architecture.
• Architectural design to bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business demands and promote innovation.
• Realization of the platform by enabling the various functional teams with technical expertise and ready-to-use technical concepts and solutions
Our client gives preference to consultants that also demonstrate competences in:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing and operating AWS devops solutions and define cloud infrastructures requirements.
• AWS Skills: AWS EC2, RDS, CloudFront, ECS, EKS, Cloud Watch, S3, API Gateway
• Experience with Network Skills: TCP Protocols, DNS, Routing, NAT, Firewall, VPN knowledge.
• Cloud Security Skills: Certificates, Key Management, secrets, VPC, Security groups.
• DevOps Tooling: Docker, GitLab, GitLab CI, Terraform, PostgreSQL, IAM, Redis.
• Experience with setup of monitoring & logging tools.
• Experience with Linux Systems and implementation of containers solutions.
• Familiar with modern software technologies.
• Understanding of the impact of cybersecurity and are driven to provide the best, safest solutions.
• Experience as member of an international, virtual team and working with external partners.
• Fluency in English
