How you’ll spend your day

  • Work closely with Site Management, GFM lead and Global Corporate Security to understand corporate requirements related to regulatory compliance and to map those requirements to current site.

  • Implementation of Global Corporate Policy at site with local alignments and calibrations, where ever necessary.

  • To review and assess the existing Facility & Security infrastructure of site in order to provide enhanced protection measures using minimum manpower. Assess and project budget for Systems and infrastructure and ensure proper utilization of same on yearly basis.

  • Ensure full implementation of laid down all policies and SOPs. Audit the security infrastructure periodically to assess its effectiveness.

  • Education and training of employees and management in Facility & Security related matters.

  • Maintain relationships with local, state and central government law and order enforcement.

  • To perform any other job as assigned by Site Manager and Managers Facilities Management/ Site Head.

  • Will have to work towards the standardization of processes and procedures for site.

  • To develop an engineering maintenance plan for all Assets and utilities of the site. Develop a 52 week PPM calendar for all critical assets. Ensure the redundancy is available for all critical equipment’s is in place so that business continuity must not get challenged at any moment of time.

  • To develop sources both within and outside the site to gather intelligence regarding any untoward incident likely to hamper smooth operations at Site or cause damage to Man, Machine, infrastructure & material.

  • Investigate all cases of pilferage & theft and submit the detailed report to his Manager.

  • Do a close coordination with landlord on the maintenance of the Campus and High end utilities maintenance plan / health status of Critical assets.

  • Maintain the Soft Services of the site like Housekeeping, cafeteria, F & B, Transportation, Events.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Min 8 to 12 years relevant experience in Facilities Management

  • Any Graduate (Engineering background will be an added advantage)

  • Stakeholder management

  • Good communication (English) and must be aware about Local language

  • Liaisoning experience
