Robert Half Accounts Receivable Clerk in American Fork, Utah
Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in American Fork, Utah to join our team in the telecom industry. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity focusing primarily on accounts receivable and collections.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date and precise records of customer credit information.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding credit.
• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly.
• Implement appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments when necessary.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all financial data is accurate.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Leverage your skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure all financial operations are running smoothly. Requirements • Must have at least one year of experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Proficient in Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures and principles
• Experience in collections, specifically in the context of Accounts Receivable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
