Position Title: **Social Services Tech 1/Team Lead, FT
Minimum Entry Salary : Negotiable Location: *Americus, GA Services Area/Programs: Residential/ITR 30
**Description of Duties : The Team Lead will be required to sustain numerous duties which include the following: supervise direct staff, make assigned duties for direct staff, complete monthly schedules for direct staff, and hold monthly/PRN staff meetings that are recorded. The Team Lead will ensure that all staff are maintaining all trainings required as well as including making sure that all documentation is completed daily by staff. The Team Lead will ensure that all maintenance of the home is completed in accordance to regulations and ensure that staff are completing and assisting with maintenance as scheduled accordingly. The Team Lead will also assist in the oversight of clients schedule, weekly appointments whether they are doctors appointments or business appointments. The Team Lead will maintain a good positive relationship with the family. They will participate in Treatment team meetings that will involve all agencies/and or community partners that participates in the direct/indirect care for client. The Team Lead may also be responsible participating and scheduling interviews for those of new hire individuals. The Team Lead will perform other duties as directed and required as assigned.
**Qualifications: High School Diploma, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Associates degree in or around the related field degree in a social service-related field from an accredited college or technical school. The employee should have at least 6 months to two years' experience in a social service-related position OR One year at the lower level (SST010) or position equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass the criminal background check. Upon he/she should be able to satisfactorily complete all training requirements for Middle Flint Health and Wellness and DBHDD. They should be able to transport clients as well as pass the ModivCare training and become ModivCare Certified Driver.
