We are looking for a Junior Screening Recruiter/Operations Officer to join our team and deliver a top-notch recruitment process for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) program onsite at one of our biggest clients NS.

This role involves recruiting large numbers of similar profiles and a wide range of candidates. In our team, the challenge lies in selecting the right candidate by carrying out an efficient recruitment process. And that is exactly where you as a Junior Screening Recruiter play a crucial role!

Please note that you need to visit the client's office at Amersfoort minimum once a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting vacancies

  • Screening applications and CVs

  • Inviting candidates for the phone call screening calls

  • Scheduling interviews

  • Maintaining the recruitment system - Ubeeo

  • Managing the recruitment mailbox

  • Contributing the admin part of the recruitment/hiring process

Who are you?

  • You have a passion for the recruitment field and you want to further develop in the recruitment field, especially in the area of screening and coordinating the administrative part of the recruitment process with this specific role.

  • Experience in recruitment is not a must but a big plus.

  • You are an energetic persona and enjoy working with challenging deadlines and KPIs.

  • You like to work in a structured and planned manner, but you also adapt easily when ad hoc situations arise

  • You are a service-oriented person towards both candidates and clients.

  • You are available for at least 28-40 hours. (Preferably minimum 32 hours per week)

  • You are good at communication, setting priorities, and stress and time management

  • You are result and customer oriented.
