Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a House Manager Trainee to join their team. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, experience in the healthcare field, and the ability to motivate and lead employees to promote teamwork and a positive workplace.
Job Title: House Manager Trainee
Location: Minong, WI
Pay Range: $15.00 per hour
What's the Job?
Build and maintain a person-centered environment for staff and residents
Promote a clean and healthy environment while creating a positive environment for our residents and staff
Assist Management in meeting high standards in the areas of facilitation and managing all activities
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures, resident care and supervision of employees
Supervise DSP/ Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, elders care, PCW, Caregiver, House Lead, Management, supervisor
What's Needed?
Experience in a supervisory position or qualified experience preferred
Experience in the Health Care field such as Assistant Living, Long Term Care, Home Health care preferred
Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead employees to promote teamwork and a positive workplace
Ability to schedule and manage staff schedules
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to twist, turn, squat, bend, reach, pull, push from high/low positions, raise arms above shoulder, walk, sit on chairs and floor level surfaces, climb stairs, and use hands and fingers and other physical requirements of the position
