General Physicians PC Physician Assistant (PA)- Post Acute in Amherst, New York
Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000
General Physician, P.C. is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Post- Acute Care Service Line to provide patient care in Buffalo, NY at a high acuity skilled nursing facility . In this position you will deliver evidenced based care for post acute patients in coordination with the Post Acute Care Care and Specialty Providers. This is a flexible and autonomous position that will allow you to provide a full spectrum of comprehensive medical services to patients of the Sub -Acute Facilities that are partners with General Physician, PC.
This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday with flexible hours at our facility in the Buffalo area.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program;
Prior inpatient, high acuity experience preferred as a RN or APP.
Board certification
New York State license
DEA registration
BLS, ACLS and Infection Control certifications.
A clinical background in geriatric, adult or family medicine is preferred.
