Job Summary: The management, coordination, and execution of warehouse operations. Warehouse operations professionals play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and handling of goods within a warehouse or distribution center. They ensure that products and goods are handled with safety, quality and care as they are moved around and monitor inventory levels to ensure warehouse capacity is met for timely and accurate order fulfillment. This position does require a Class A CDL as 20% of workload will be moving trailers to doors with day cab.

Location: Amherst, NY
Compensation: $16.17-24.28/hr is the starting range. Starting Pay is typically $22/hr. *A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
20% of workload will be moving trailers to doors with day cab.
Load and unload trucks arriving within the warehouse or storage facility
Move material within the facility and from the loading platform
Use hand trucks, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment
Separation of cardboard and foam
Material handling may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting, or counting products
Always adhere to a clean and safe environment
Use a barcode scanner and warehouse management system
Completes all assigned tasks in a thorough and workmanlike fashion. This includes timely return of phone calls, emails, and customer, partner, and internal inquiries.
