Nous recrutons en CDI un Ingénieur Qualité Non-conformités Clients (H./F.)

Localisation : Amiens (avec possibilité de télé-travailler)

Quels seront vos interlocuteurs à ce poste ?

Au sein d’une équipe de 6 personnes, vous serez rattaché(e) au responsable qualité projets du site.

Interlocuteurs internes : équipe projet, produits, ingénierie, opérations, qualité fournisseurs, sociétés sœurs.

Interlocuteurs externes : clients.

Comment allez-vous faire la différence dans à ce poste ?

Vous assurez la gestion des non-conformités notifiées par les clients,

Vous sécurisez les pièces disponibles, menez les actions correctives/préventives avec les services concernés, et assurez le retour d’expérience.

Vous faites partie des interlocuteurs privilégiés des clients et maintenez une communication de qualité avec eux.

Ce que nous aimerions retrouver chez vous ?

• Etudes supérieures,

• Séniorité : à partir de 2 ans d’expérience en qualité client,

• Anglais professionnel indispensable (clients et sociétés sœurs en dehors de France),

• Capacités d’organisation, relationnelles, et de synthèse avec prise de recul,

• Autorisation à travailler en U.E.

A quoi ressembleront vos journées ?

Vous assurez une surveillance des portails qualité clients,

Vous suivez les KPI,

Vous utilisez les données existantes pour effectuer des analyses de fond,

Vous suivez l’avancement de votre portefeuille de non-conformités.
