We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Inside Sales Associate to join our passionate team and contribute to the growth of our international client base. We are looking for a person who has a good command of English and a native level of one of the following languages; French or German in order to Communicate effectively with clients in various countries in EMEA.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries and initiate outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Product Knowledge:

• Acquire knowledge of our Audio Visual products and services to articulate features and benefits to potential customers.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations.

• Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales.

• Provide pre-sales support by answering product-related queries and guiding customers through the sales process.

• Order Processing:

• Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.

• Relationship Building:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

• Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and ensure overall satisfaction.

• Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

  Qualifications:

• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: English, French or German.

• Nice to have; experience in inside sales, preferably in the Audio Visual Industry.

• Tech-savvy with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
