Key Account Manager Original Wagner Pizza GmbH & European Pizza Group (EPG),

European Pizza Group is a Joint Venture between the biggest Food company worldwide, Nestlé, and Equity Fund PAI partners. The Joint Venture was created with the objective to provide the best environment to develop the frozen Pizza business, creating a fully focused, standalone, agile and resource backed player to succeed in this competitive arena. EPG is present in Germany, Benelux and Austria with the brand Original Wagner and in Italy, Spain, Portugal and France with the brand Buitoni.

To reinforce our organization in the Netherlands we are looking for a passionate National Key Account Manager willing to leverage her/his skills and experience in a highly dynamic, transformative and result-focused start-up atmosphere, first under Nestlé Netherlands employment contract transitioned to EPG employment in the course of 2025.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining commercial contacts with retailers at head office level. You will take on the challenge of taking the Original Wagner brand to an even higher level. Through analysis and excellent advice, you will ensure excellent execution and build lasting relationships with customers. Your negotiating experience and perseverance enable you to convince customers of our long-term strategy and focus on achieving short-term results. Within the team, you think proactively about the development of categories and clients, allowing us to work together on continuous improvement.

Our Sales Team in Benelux works closely with the Marketing & Category teams in defining account strategies and successfully executing plans.

As Key Account Manager Original Wagner Pizza GmbH & European Pizza Group you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing and actively implementing an annual commercial plan for your customers, aligned with category objectives;

  • Ensuring optimal distribution, visibility and availability of the Wagner/EPG portfolio to your customers;

  • Negotiating prices and conditions for the relevant categories, aiming to create a win-win situation;

  • Developing an effective promotion plan and action phasing in cooperation with customers, aimed at mutual growth;

  • Accurately forecasting sales trends at your customers and adjusting where necessary, with responsibility for the sales budget and reporting within the EPG organization;

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as the International Key Account team, Marketing, Category Management and Sales Support to jointly achieve growth.

As Key Account Manager Original Wagner Pizza GmbH & European Pizza Group, you will report to the Head of Sales Benelux Frozen Pizza.

This is what you will bring to the Key Account Manager EPG Wagner vacancy:

  • At least 3 years of commercial work experience in FMCG Retail, of which at least 2 years in Account management, preferably on head office level;

  • Sociable/communicative; able to build good customer relationships;

  • Hands on mentality, creative, proactive and entrepreneurial;

  • Team player, and able to operate independently;

  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
