What are your responsibilities?
Passionate hospitality individual
1-2 years of experience handling guest requests(such as transportation, reservations, excursions etc.)
You provide information to the guests about the hotel Amsterdam and the Netherlands in general, including special events and activities.
What makes you the perfect fit?
Have a degree in hospitality & at least 1-2 years’ work experience with an international hotel chain.
Are very well known with the local attractions in Amsterdam.
Can communicate fluently in Dutch & English, other language is of course a plus.
Able to multi-task and solve challenges.
Are willing to work morning and evening shifts.

Our luxury hotel, located across from Leidseplein's fine dining, shopping and entertainment, is a 5-minute walk to many attractions including the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum.
