The Team
This internship sits within PVH People Strategy Team in HR. This role is as HR Strategy Intern supports HR Strategy & PMO and HR leadership team.
A Day in The Life of a HR Strategy Intern
HR Strategy: As an intern, you will support the People Strategy lead in their day-to-day activities. You will gain hands-on experience in the strategy creation process, learning how we set, design and track our people strategy —across the entire business.
Project Management: You will gain key project management skills from theory to real life practice and have hands-on experience in developing comprehensive project plans, utilizing various project management tools, coordinating team efforts, and navigate challenges to ensure successful project delivery
Stakeholder Management: Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager People Strategy, you will gain valuable experience in stakeholder management by learning to identify key stakeholders, understand their needs and expectations, and develop effective communication strategies, ultimately enhancing collaboration and ensuring project success
Be all of you
Studies in Human Resources, Business or similar.
Be able to share your affinity with or passion for strategy, HR and business transformation.
Exercising your skills MS Office, and more.
You are passionate, self motivated, keen to learn and develop and have strong interpersonal skills.
Internship must-haves
Located within approximately one hour traveling time from the Amsterdam Office
Eligible to work within the EU
Must be enrolled in full time continuing education
Available from 01 Feb 2025 for a 6-month full time program
Our internship program primarily focuses on practical experience and skill development; therefore, we are not able to support research focused internships.
